All orders by you, the customer, for supply of goods are subject to these terms and conditions. Once an order is placed there will be a contract between us. The contract will end upon satisfactory receipt of goods.
Please see our price list for details. Once details of your cake have been confirmed and the invoice sent, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your order. Your order will not be confirmed until the deposit is paid. The balance must be paid 48 hours before collection of the order. The deposit is non-refundable.
Wedding cakes and any larger cake orders will be calculated on an individual basis. Wedding cake flavour samples will be invoiced separately, then the amount will be taken off the final bill for the wedding cake.
If an order is made within 3 weeks of the collection date, a £10 sur charge will be added to your order.
If you decide to cancel your order once it has been confirmed and the deposit has been paid, this will not be able to be refunded. As cancellations incur administrative costs, lost business, and impacts on our commitment to other customers, in some cases we will apply further cancellation charges. These are as follows:
For regular celebration cakes:
14 days or more: no further payment other than the 50% deposit.
7-13 days: 50% of the balance (75% of total price)
6 days or less: 100% of the balance (100% of the total price)
For wedding cakes:
30 days or more: no further payment other than the 50% deposit.
14-30 days: 50% of the balance (75% of the total price)
13 days or less: 100% of the balance (100% of the total price)
We may also apply cancellation charges and terminate our services if you fail to pay us on the due dates given under clause 2. We reserve the right to apply an administrative fee of £10 for any cancellation of celebration cakes.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right the cancel your order if:
  • We experience supply chain issues outside of our control resulting in insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered.
  • We are unable to deliver to your area.
